Responsive from the very start to book in an initial design meeting, no pressure applied during the visit. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly agent who produced a design and costing to exact requirements on first visit. Extremely impressed with quality materials of product which were offered during visit and met my requirements. Follow up appointment with the surveyor was quick and efficient and choice of date for fitting agreed with no issues. The fitter was professional and friendly working to extremely high quality standards within an exceptional time frame. I was over the moon with the end product, which the fitter took time to run through final detail.
