"Great product"
From the packaging to the actual ring itself, everything about this purchase was perfect. The attention to detail is impressive and the ring is truly a beautiful way to honor the memory of Grampy.

"Ordered a feather ring in memory of my…"
Ordered a feather ring in memory of my dad on 11th Feb and it still hasn’t arrived
The tracking which I now think is fake says the ring is in a China transit depot where it’s been for days
I will not receive this ring I’m sure and this company are an utter scam
This company is based in China not the US
I’ve now contacted PayPal to resolve
Fb should remove this company as you are playing on people’s emotions and taking money and not producing quality goods as they claim
Wish I had checked the reviews here first but there were some good fb reviews of which I’m now sure are totally fake
Avoid at all costs

"Run away from these scammers"
Run away from these scammers. No info about shipping info or delivery dates. Customer service is useless. I hope that anyone thinking of a purchase reconsiders. Read these reviews and find another option.

"This is a scam"
This is a scam! I ordered a Feather From An Angel ring in memory of my deceased son. It has never arrived and they won’t refund my money because they claim it has been shipped. They even went so far as to create a phony USPS tracking number which the Post Office tracking system reports they did not receive the item. You might as well kiss your money goodbye.

"Bought five hug rings"
*Edited to add* This is definitely deliberate fraud as they have even stamped the inside of the rings with 925, but this is definitely not sterling silver!
Bought five hug rings, one for me and 4 for each of my daughters as a Christmas gift. After one day of wearing mine, my finger is green.. sold as 925 silver. Awful company, awful product.

"Never buy from Project Hope Rings"
My post has been deleted by Project Hope Rings Facebook page, twice. The first time they deleted it I received a reply from them on Messenger, which speaks volumes! If they had nothing to hide they'd have commented on my post! I've included their message further down in this review.
I initially bought a ring for my Sister-in-law, with my Nephew's name printed inside the angel wings. Sadly we lost my Nephew at a young age last summer. The name was illegible so I complained about it and they said they'd replace the item.
I received the replacement ring they issued today, because of the poor quality of the first one I received.
As soon as I opened it I was delighted, the name is beautifully stamped and I thought the ring felt heavier, like it was a better quality, but I told myself this couldn't be the case because I'd always ordered the silver ring, so that part of the order should've always been correct.
I took the ring to my grieving Sister-in-law and in just the few short weeks she's had the original, the name has worn off and the ring is so weak that it's beginning to snap!!!
I'm unable to attach a photograph to show you the massive difference between them, but believe me, it was unreal. One is wafer thin and much smaller than the replacement which is clearly silver & quite a weight. It suddenly dawned on me that had I not complained, then we'd never have known that we were given such a poor, poor quality of ring all round!!!
I will never use this company again and I cannot recommend them to anyone now that I know that they tried to fob us off with a pathetic quality of ring, when we'd paid for the best material (silver) on offer. I think they're absolutely shocking, especially since the majority of the people purchasing this ring from them, will be doing so in memory of a loved one!
Their messenger message just made me feel even more disappointed with them as a business. They said the following:
Hello Gemma! We removed your post because part of what you are publishing is simply untrue. We did not intend on sending you lower-quality material. What had happened was we ran into a manufacturing deficiency. This caused the molding to be smaller which is the reason you received a smaller ring the first time. It was an honest mistake, that we made sure to correct for you. We understand the criticism, and we are working on never running into this issue again. However, please do not post false accusations stating that we intended to send you lower-quality materials. That accusation is pure assumption and completely false. We are sorry this has happened to you, but we are glad we could make up for it the second time around.
Nothing about my original post was false. False would've been if they had contacted me and notified me of their manufacturing deficiency and offered me a replacement, which I then commented on.
As it is, they sent me a very low quality product KNOWING the issues they were having but never made me aware. Their message above just further confirms what a poor excuse for a business they are! They only replaced the ring because the name was illegible, not because they wanted to rectify what they've called an honest mistake. If I hadn't complained, I'd be none the wiser and they didn't contact me to say they'd had an issue, so their explanation above makes them a liar as well!
