He checked with me that if we had any service from any other company that we could use. We hadn’t and he came to our house. He was very patient and contacted our provider and changed our passwords so that we were able to use it. He spent some considerable time with us and his charges were very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

This was quite a surprise for me as a 85 yr. old I was expecting to have to wait ages for my computer to be sorted. I had tried to do some changes to the hard drive and as a "numpty" messed up the whole system. Nathen sorted it out in a matter of hours, even supplied a pen drive with all the work from the hard drive just in case I had other problems.
