I created my own custom Cub Swanson iPhone X case. I selected expedited shipping and paid the extra. Julie at Gelaskins was back to me shortly after letting me know that they were out of stock of my selected case, so I was able to select another case that would fit the iPhone X, or wait. I elected to wait and she refunded the courier charge for me. I didn't have to wait very long for the order to be filled and my case arrived and I am pleased as always (this is about my 5th time ordering with Gelaskins). Super happy with the product and the fast resolution!

When I placed my order the beginning of June no one informed me that one of the items was not in stock. After waiting two weeks I finally contacted you and was informed that yes it was not available but that they could substitute it until it arrived. Three days later it was shipped and I received them both yesterday. I am very happy with the product but it would have been nice to be informed at the beginning that said item was not available.
