We purchased 'bespoke' railings (Regent style) for our brand new balcony on the back of our home. Our experience in dealing with Garden Oasis was excellent! I recently purchased the 300 gallon raised pond and I would recommend it to anyone. My DIY skills are notoriously poor but even I found the whole thing ludicrously easy. The slats were easy to put together, don't forget you'll need some sand for the base, then simply fit the lining, making sure it's evenly fitted on all sides, and away you go - it takes longer to fill up than to put together!. I had a rather daft query on the Saturday morning, I called and it was resolved straight away. If you're looking for an instant water feature with no digging, you've found it. Brilliant product and a bargain price.

Dealing with Garden Oasis has been stress free from start to finish. I have now had 12 Saxon Rails of various sizes and two gates which have all fitted without any problems. The products are very well made and finished to a high standard. Also the after sales back up ( if required) is very efficient.

I had never heard of Garden Oasis until last week. The name was thrown up by Google Search. On opening the website I was amazed to be able to find my way around without difficulty, for a silver surfer it was a doddle. I found prices to be very competitive.it's always a gamble as to the quality of products but on delivery any qualms I had faded away.After processing of my order delivery was promised for the following Friday. This was on Tuesday pm, "Oh yes I thought to myself and pigs might fly". Lo and behold TNT drew up on the road outside on THURSDAY. Well, my gast has never been so flabbered. Having looked on line for a new garden gate I came across Gardenoasis. found just what we wanted - a wooden gate with a curved top. looked well made and appeared to be value for money. ordered online and was told 8-10 day delivery. In fact gate was delivered 2 days later. Came well wrapped in cardboard and plastic which surprised me. Gate is extremely well made. well done to Gardenoasis and to the delivery company.
