If it not been for the time lost to the new year hold up it would have been a 10 when I opted to pay for express delivery. At time of writing, Sunday 5th January the appliance is due tomorrow, 6th Jan, I do hope so. having been without a working unit has been horrendous added to the death of my wife in the middle of December

Very good customer service from start to finish. The description of the product was clear and concise including technical detail. The equipment was very securely packed, and was received by Royal Mail tracked within 2 days. The instructions for use were excellent - I am in my 90's and even I could understand them so no problem in setting the equipment up. Absolutely delighted with it.

"Almost the perfect device"
We have now purchased 3 communicators. I think the only fault is that the on-off is controlled by the rotary volume button. It would be easier if it just had a separate on-off button. Otherwise it is really good. Great for the elderly as many have hearing aids but stubbornly refuse to use them.

Unclear and complex instructions. Annoying fitting the bell push (vague instructions) and even more annoying ripping it off the wall to change the battery.
