Communication was so easy, Ian sent us a free selection of samples (he clearly was very knowledgeable about the different products and was able to give us good advice to match our needs) and the installation was professional with a beautiful result. We have recently refitted our kitchen with bespoke units but decided to source some of the other things such as cooker, worktops, etc. ourselves.
We sent out emails to various companies with the same request and the plans provided; including one local to us. The one and only response we received was from Whitton Worktops. Ian provided all the info we needed, managed to source the type of granite we wanted (Imperial White - apparently not easy to find), organised the visit to the supplier for us and reserved the slab we chose. Then they waited patiently for our delayed unit delivery; as soon as we were ready for templating a surveyor arrived promptly and within days our fairly complex granite worktops were manufactured and installed to an extremely high standard. All of this for a very reasonable price; our kitchen supplier tried to sell us quartz at almost double the price! Communication has been great throughout; Ian has been exceptionally helpful. We are delighted with the end result and would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others, in fact we already have.

After quite a few delays to kitchen and changes to design along the way (nothing to do with Whitton) they came back promptly with revised quotes, new samples and were very quick when it came to templating and fitting (one week from templating to fully fitted). Held slabs I wanted back for me. Price was good and didn't charge for extras I thought they might have done. End worktop looks fab (I've just got to try and keep it that way - pale quartz!) All in all excellent service from start to finish. Even builders commented positively on fitters.

Guy on the phone was unhelpful and dismissive with my questions. Just kept asking me to send the information over and he would have a look and give me a quote. Sent the plans through immediately and have had no response in over a week
