Didn't get a certificate of insurance, which meant I could not use the insurance for the purpose for which I bought it. I had to call and the person on the phone said they were shocked the statement of fact wasn't enough. But having checked online it isn't just me who's had this issue. So on top of an inferior service, I was basically called a liar.
I will not remain with this provider next year.
