"Loved the range of jackets on sale but…"

Loved the range of jackets on sale and prices were very good in the market.
Two not so good things are that if you need a refund/different size you have to purchase the new one and wait for a refund and its now 24th January and I am still waiting a refund over a few hundred pounds despite the jacket arriving back to them within 48 hours. I also bought something from another online clothing shop 2 days later and that was too large so I was refunded by them 3 days after purchase as I sent both the love sales and the other item back on the same day!

The other slightly frustating thing was the 2nd jacket I bought was supposed to be the same as the first but the size below, the new one turned up quickly but was actually a different jacket, slightly shorter and slightly different style but perfect size. I went back on love the sales and realised that they had miss named the jacket I had been sent and had two jacket posts for what was named the same jacket but were out of stock in the other one I originally wanted - plus I ordered black and the one I now have is dark navy...

But I did keep the second jacket as it was also nice and great price - just not what I ordered and a different colour! So, be quite careful and hopefully I get my refund for the first very shortly!
