Great system has saved me hours producing RAMS for different jobs and friendly helpful staff on hand to help even out of business hours.

I used this company for a year. I wasn't happy with their services at all. The customer service team is rude and unprofessional. They pretend to do all the RAMS for you and only deliver the Risk Assessment instead. You cannot rely on them. Even after I instructed them to terminate my contract, they still charged me the renewal price.
Won't recommend them to anyone.

They took my money for a template. The template has name address phone number on it. That’s pretty much it.
They want you to pay more to get it completed by them.

I spoke with the MD Nick this am about an issue I had regarding Method Statements as my knowledge is zero!! Nick then passed me onto the Hazel grove branch and Sally and team were amazing.4 hours from initial contact I had several very good documents as a starting block.I collected them at lunchtime for minimal cost.Very highly recommended and first class customer service.Well done guys.Kind Regards Mark.
