"This company no longer exists. SCAM"

Had no problem with this company for nearly 3 years. Suddenly, the websites have disappeared, the shop doesn't exist anymore (I went and checked) and the owner Ondrej Hedja no longer answers the phone.
He took an order worth £240 over the phone on 10th November. He lied twice about when he sent it. He also sent it SECOND class. A £300 RRP package sent in second class post, sent 2 weeks after the money was paid. This is ridiculous. It never occurred to me that it wouldn't be recorded delivery. I would have happily paid for that.
I need this CBD to help control my epilepsy. I've been incredibly ill because of this. He knows this.
He now will not respond to me. I have been advised now to pass this onto the police and relevant authorities.
Please don't use them - if you could ever get hold of them.
