Terrible customer service and they do not answer simple questions

This review is not on the quality of their product--- but on the racism that I experienced today at their showroom tour in Los Angeles. I stood around for 25 minutes and not once did either of the 2 girls working ask me for help, introduce themselves or even say "we'll be with you in a minute." A white woman walked in, and immediately, one of the girls walked over to her, welcomed her, and asked her for her name. I immediately left. FYI for any person of color. BEWARE!

This coming Moana charged me $144. For a ladies swimsuit that was cut so skimpy in the rear end that it looks like a thong! When I asked to return it they don’t do returns? In this day and age a company that steals your money should be shut down! I have bought Bali swimwear for 30 plus years and trusted that brand! Do not make the same mistake!

ik heb voor ongeveer 400 dollar aan samples besteld (2 samples) heb een half jaar moeten wachten. Uiteindelijk hadden ZIJ een fout gemaakt met de samples waardoor ze wilde dat ik extra ging betalen voor de stoffen. dit heb ik niet gedaan want ik heb al genoeg betaald en het is HUN fout. Hierna nooit meer wat van ze vernomen en nooit mijn samples ontvangen.
lekker makkelijk geld verdienen zo en ik heb mijn geld nooit terug gekregen.
