I was confused on which RS-232 cable I needed so I called in and spoke with Mark. He helped me pick the correct cable based on the pinout I had done with my ohm meter. Very helpful and a nice guy to boot. If it fixes my problem I will order 2 more to keep on hand.

The shipping descriptions can be a little deceptive. I don't mind paying more to get something on-time but if the description isn't clear it feels a bit misleading. Which could lead to a customer NOT providing an on time solution for their client. Thursday and Friday don't exactly fit next day or two day due to the weekend. Clarification would be appreciated by most customers.
