"I ordered items 10th February and…"

I ordered items 10th February and received confirmation email. Nothing else until an email 24 February saying out of stock and refund being sent. I tried to contact them as my original bank card has been cancelled and replaced so they need the new details to refund. Email ignored and when I tried to ring, voice mail. However
Money has now been credited to my account as promised so all is well. Just wish they had corresponded more during the order. I will use them again once the items are back in stock.
