Offered an awning solution that surpassed anything competitors suggested. Fitters were pleasant and efficient. Returned to adjust as required. Excellent solution and service. We have another Broadview awning installed at another location 12 years ago and it is still operating perfectly with little maintenance.

"Annoyingly disappointing "
Appalling customer service from start to finish.
Blind ordered in Feb & delivery date given was 6/8 weeks. It was fitted 31 May - an awful lot longer than 6/8 weeks!.
The salesman who took the order gave us the wrong colours/fabrics to choose from, hence 3 weeks wasted. No apology for his incompetence.
Communication almost non existent; we had to chase every time for an answer to a query on delivery/fitting etc.
When the fitters did come, they managed to drill though the skirting board instead of the wall, splitting it.
All in all, poor service throughout (the blind itself is lovely); if there had been any other supplier doing these blinds we would have cancelled it all from the beginning, so unfortunately we would not recommend.

The team at Broadview shading solution are just fantastic. I wasn’t sure what type of pergola was right for my property but with Melissa’s expert knowledge and advice, I chose a stunning pergola and I am very happy with it. The whole experience was made easy and fun by their excellent customer service. My calls were always returned and my questions answered. Mike was excellent when he carried out the survey and he took my builder through all the specifics. "Good product, poor aftersales service. "
We spent several thousand pounds on a motorised blind for a bbq area. Quality of the blind is good and installation was also good. My gripe, which seems to be echoed in other reviews is the aftercare service. A silicon seal along the top of some ali capping failed (so rain got in down the back) after about 8 months. I reported it late - a month after my 12 month warranty. I had to call several times before I had a call back and, despite explaining silicon joints fail over time so it was obvious the problem was apparent during the warranty period, was told I would have to pay £75 plus VAT for the visit. I complained and asked for a manager to call me back but that didn't happen. For such a simple issue and fix and in light of the money spent, you would have had a satisfied customer. Instead you have an annoyed customer who won't use you again.

Following an unnecessarily aborted initial service date, Broadview returned and completed the service on the agreed date. The wind sensor had failed (previous owner’s negligence) and today Broadview’s excellent service engineer attended on time to fit the new sensor. I can now heartily recommend Broadview to any prospective customer.

We are so pleased with the lantern blind and the whole process from start to finish has been a very pleasurable experience.
Will was on time for the appointment and was very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions and concerns. The fitter turned up when he was supposed to, installed the blind quickly and with no mess and showed my wife how to operate it and explained how to charge the battery.
Everyone we have dealt with in between has been very polite and a pleasure to deal with.
