I ordered this lamp in January and it did not arrive until April. The company emailed me weeks after my purchase for my credit card information. The email looked very sketchy so I called to confirm and see why this was needed. I was told because they had taken so long to process the order the payment expired. I was told someone would reach out with shipping information. No one ever did. I called multiple times for a shipping update. I never received one. The lamp took 3 months to arrive and when it did it was damaged (cracked).

My return experience has been very frustrating. I ordered a lamp that was backordered. I cancelled the order and a lamp was sent anyway. I didn’t even open the item and lamps depot has asked me to jump through hoops to return their product. After 5 Phone calls to customer service and 3 weeks I still do not have a Return authorization. I will never purchase from this company again. My experience has been beyond frustrating.

I ordered a lamp & night light from them as it was a bit cheaper than other stores... what a mistake. Charged my credit card the same day I placed order then kept getting... "waiting on warehouse to ship out"..
DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
02/13/24 update: finally got the lamp but never received the nightlight so I thought I was saving a few bucks but in the long run.. this company is horrible!!

They did not stand behind their sale in November and made us pay more money in December to ship the product. Product made it two days before Christmas and was ordered before Thanksgiving. Customer service has no answer other than wait for email to when product ships

Lamps Depot delivered! it took a bit longer than I expected but the lamps I ordered arrived safe and sound. The company communicated with me throughout the experience so I knew what to expect. That means a lot these days. I'd order product from them again.

Much like the reviews before this I had issues with shipping costs on this website. The website clearly states all orders over $300 are free shipping. I ordered light bulbs and didn't hear anything for a week and a half and then I got this email which I have copied and pasted. It reads:
"Good Day!
How are you doing? The goal of our company is to provide the best products for our customers and upon running a quality check on the items in your order,
Our warehouse team informed us that fulfillment of its shipment will not be possible because of some damages.
We have reached out to our third-party warehouse. The good news is that they have the item in stock. However, there is an additional shipping cost due to the size, distance, and weight. The shipping cost is $612. As our valued customer, we are happy to cover 50% of the amount. So you only need to pay an additional $306 to ship the item. Please let us know if you wish to proceed.
Thank you again for doing business with us! We will wait for your response. Have a great day!"
Seems like a middle man scam to me. Probably a company that outsources their products from smaller third-party warehouses overseas in the Asian market then trys to back load the shipping fees onto the customer after the fact. The only reason I am giving them one star is because zero stars is not an option. 0/10 would not recommend.

"Never Shop Here!"
I ordered two pendants, because they were a bit cheaper than the other places. What a mistake! I waited weeks to hear whether or not they shipped. I just received a notification that they were damaged in the warehouse and that there would be an extra charge of $580 dollars to have them shipped from a different warehouse. However, because I was such a good customer, they would split to cost with me. Hahahaha! Do they think I'm stupid?
