"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH KAABO BRANDING"
In April 2024 I purchased a Wolf King GTR from VoroMotors, in July I had a rear motor cease to operate which was covered by the warranty and Voro sent out the motor, after replacing the motor the step down controller for the lights started to malfunction. In December the scooter started throwing an error code 05 for low voltage and would not accelerate. This happened a couple times then after a few moments it would go back to normal. On my last ride the issue did not resolve itself and I discovered the smell of electrical fire when I went to remove the battery, to my surprise the battery would not release from the scooter. I logged on to Voro Motors website to seek support to find a statement by the owner that they would be ending their relationship with Kaabo due to the scooter manufacturer not honoring their agreements and not meeting the expectations of Voro with backstock and honoring manufacturer warranties. This suggest a vote of no confidence in the manufacturer as over 70% of customer issues at Voro involve Kaabo products. Now I am stuck waiting to find out what will happen next as I am currently stuck with a $4200 paperweight that is marketed as a reliable platform but has performed as unreliably as it could. Do not purchase anything from this Company. From what I have found in my research there isn't a single distributor of their products remaining in the US and it seem they have even shut down the Kaabo USA office in the states.
