"The Worst Sale Team I have ever encountered!!!"

Who ever heads the sales team at Englanderline should not be in that job , I called several times and wrote emails requesting for swatches of fabric for a sofa i wanted to purchase all to no avail . Her feedback was very unsatisfying and nothing ever came in the mail after three weeks . They don’t seem keen on getting new customers so I would not bother dealing with them . There are many other company’s out there making the same things who would want and appreciate your money !!!!

I ordered a coffee table from Englanderline & was quoted £63 shipping using their own calculator with a 3-5 day timeframe. I eventually, after chasing them was told on the Thursday it would be delivered on the Friday to then be contacted again on Thursday demanding £320 extra for shipping! I explained I had paid for shipping to be told if I didn’t pay the £320 it wouldn’t be shipped, I either paid, travelled to London to collect the table or cancel the order for a refund. I obviously cancelled the order & received a refund invoice with no explanation or apology, I pushed for a reason why they thought it acceptable to ask for £320 the day before delivery when I’d been in contact with them all week & it was the 1st they’d mentioned it - to be told they were in the process of trying to get better shipping rates in certain areas of the UK, I only live in the North East. Their delivery information only states extra shipping will be required if you don’t live in the UK & to prove a point I even did another order for the same table & once again was quoted £63, their white glove delivery was only £120 so it’s disgraceful they think it Ok to do what they’ve done. I suspect what they’ve done isn’t actually legal & am considering contacting trading standards to confirm the same. Their communication is very curt, unapologetic & customer service leaves a huge amount to be desired.
