"Stop loss ignored"

I recently had a terrible experience with HFM that has completely shattered my trust in their platform. Despite setting a stop loss on my trades, my account was completely wiped out—something that should not have happened.
I contacted customer support for an explanation, but their response has been vague and unhelpful so far. There was no proper justification for why my stop loss was ignored, and I haven’t received any compensation for the loss.
