As a complete newbie to fdm 3d printing they had the technical advice listening to what I’m trying to achieve and give me recommendations in simple easy to understand ways, and then once ordered, was next day delivery, shipped on time and perfect, and had the follow up phone call to make sure it’s all working ok. Now that’s what you calm service and that’s why it’s better to buy from a company who talk to you and not just read a screen prompt. Unbelievable service from Peter. I called as a complete new comer to the 3D printing world and without hesitation he prepared for a long phone call. He gave me so much information that I felt 1000% comfortable in buying that second. He spent over an hour on the phone to me and wasn't even trying to sell me anything and it was clear that Peter had huge satisfaction with just giving me help and advice! It took me 3 years to finally buy a 3D printer and all it took was an hour conversation with a wise man. If you haven't already taken the leap then I promise you, call TMW and get a printer today!!! Mime arrived today but unfortunately I wanted to upgrade already so we took a trip over to the warehouse to swap for my upgraded model, again it was a seamless great experience and I highly recommend.
