"Great product with service to match."

From their warm welcome in their office to the imaginative use of timber this company deserves great credit.
I wanted to clad our new Japanese soaking bath with cedar- a beautiful but expensive material.
My initial enquires for material supply were shockingly expensive but SS Fencing supplied cedar saved me over £300 !
With careful detail design the result is great as the timber has a much better finish and quality than you might expect for a product designed for garden use.
Altogether a great experience.

"Lovely cedar fence, great company to deal with"

I ordered the slatted red cedar for a garden fence. Lovely wood, nice quality.
Had to contact initially as a couple were mildly damaged and replacements were instantly sent out. Also contacted for extra and they couldn’t be more helpful. Having renovated house and had many negative experiences with other suppliers, I thought important to highlight the good ones!

"Wrong size post"

I drove all the way from Wilmslow and realised I was supplied with the wrong size post. To save me driving all the way back they organised a next day delivery service for the correct one that arrive in perfect time for the contractors to place in position. So please with their service my neighbour is getting his slatted screens from here.

"Not your ordinary fence ..."

I first contacted Slatted Screen Fencing Ltd after spending some time studying their very helpful website. I wanted a bespoke panel made to measure to install in my front garden. I am sure mine is not a conventional application, but I was very impressed with the help and advice I was given on the phone and by email and so I decided to place an order. I received the panel on schedule – very well-wrapped – and am delighted with the result: it was made to within a millimetre of the specification I supplied and is very well-constructed, but what is really remarkable is the standard of the wood used. As neighbours have said, the quality of the finish would not go amiss on a dining table!

"Excellent product and service levels"

Excellent product and excellent levels of service. I am a landscaper based in Leicestershire and could only source these slats from these guys. They were great to deal with on the phone and even opened up out of hours for me to travel up to Lancashire to collect my bulk order. Had a look round the warehouse whilst there and they have some great new products coming on line as well - the Tulipwood slats look great! Good luck guys - you're definitely doing things the right way!

"Amazing service"

After hours of searching online, slatted screen fencing had the perfect slats we were after. We faced a problem though as we live in Bracknell and the longest length they were able to deliver were 3 meters and we required 3.3 meters. I was gutted. However, all was not lost - we could collect the slats from their workshop. Despite the fact they are only open Mon-Fri, they were extremely accommodating and had a member of staff come in on a Saturday morning to enable us to collect. The wood is superb and everyone I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much!
