No issue with the vape and docking station. However, due to my lack of technical knowledge, I am at a loss to know what type of plug I need to use with the docking station. However, prompt action and help from Logic has resolved my problem. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Just had to order the new vape pen! Please bring back the old vape pen. The new vape moov does not charge properly, constantly having to swipe to use! Constantly have vibrating and flashing lights, and pod doesn’t fit properly. I feel you are going to loose a lot of customers because of this. Have you any of the previous vape pens in stock to buy? Otherwise I will be taking my custom somewhere else.
