Its a good reliable product.
I do have some bugbears about the website design, it is clunky with menus and the OK button being in different/odd places on each menu page, e.g. i always forget where to click on the postal confirmation page, and that there seems to be no way of deleting previous addresses. The receipt of money off vouchers within deliveries has also become irregular, when it used to be every time.
