I am not so happy with the new logic devices. I prefer the smaller ones I was not given a choice and the new ones are too strong. I tried to contact you to send back the horrid 18mg that were only available at the time twice no response. I am not happy. Even the 12mg are too strong I just didn’t get any input from you and was just finding what I wanted unavailable and had to put up with what was there

I have been a customer for many years. My gripe at the moment is that an order I placed on 29/11 was sent early in December with a money off voucher that expired 30/11...already out of date! I sent two emails about this to Customer Services and received no reply. Come on LOGIC pull your socks up. These vouchers normally entitle you to 20% off, so make a lot of difference to a regular customer.
