delivery was fine , looks like a 5 % increase in prices as a result of 20% discount having been withdrawn getting to be too expensive at over £2 per capsule/pod am now looking for a replacement system after having been with Logic for many years , pricing themselves out of the market unfortunately !

Delivery was prompt and efficient. The cartridges, when used with my older battery units, are pleasant to use. Unfortunately I'm reconsidering my future custom as I'm not happy with the new style of battery component, so when my remaining 2 older ones die I will have to decide. Also, for the 3rd time in last 6 months I didn't receive the regular customer loyalty discount card with my delivery (without which makes them less affordable).

The packaging was not sealed properly and only 3 of the 5 items ordered were inside. I have sent an email with photos reporting this.
