"I do not like the new compact"

I do not like the new compact, I have no USB -C ports and had to purchase adaptors. The compact keeps turning off and the charge does not last for more than a few puffs!!

I don’t like the new device. However, my main issue is that the liquid in the pods seems to have changed. The liquid is a distinctly different colour. The vapour is much harsher on the throat. Very unpleasant, and feels harmful. Can the company please confirm what they have done with the liquid? I have beef a customer for years, but if they don’t go back to the liquid in the “old” pods, I’ll be giving up.

At no stage did I receive pre-notification or description for new features of the intended change.
The new combination is not, in my view, particularly user friendly.

Generally good all round service. I like the product and have done so for a number of years. Would appreciate some guidelines contained within the parcel when delivered to guide users on how to use the product especially as this is a different model that has superseded the Logic Compact device.
