"Commercial insanity"
Having been an avid user of logic pro and a loyal customer I have to say the sudden departure of the pro has been disappointing. Yes I knew they were being discontinued at some point yet nobody from logic felt they should inform their loyal customer base of the date so they could stock up!? I've tried logic compact and battery life is terrible so won't be trying their latest and ONLY product they now stock. Moving from a brand that had breadth and depth in its range to having zero breadth and depth is in my opinion commercial suicide. You have unfortunately lost my many years of custom.

Having bought my vapes from Logic for 6 years now, I am very disappointed with them discontinuing Logic Pro. I’ve tried their compact product in the past and the battery life was terrible, whereas on Logic Pro it was great. I strongly suspect the battery on their new device will be as bad as the compact so I won’t be trying it. Not a good way to treat loyal customers by removing products bought frequently. Time to find another company to buy my vapes from.

After using logic for years on end I have found the items discontinued- not a problem- other than the fact they let me order the old product, sent me the wrong one and will not refund me. Very disappointed.

Have used logic compact with polar menthol for years. For the last few months its been impossible to get refills. Now I get an email showing the new device. So I'm expected to purchase new devices when I have several of the old type. I've since started using Blu2 which are a very good equivalent. Might have been an idea to give loyal customers the new device for free to entice back!
Edit-emailed your customer services as suggested and just got an automated reply twice! Don't think you know what you're doing?

I ordered the wrong product and wanted to return it.
When I rang I was told an email would be sent. 24 hours later no email. So I had to ring again. This time an email was sent mean while I also contacted customer care by email to ask why I had not received an email.
Sending the product back was easy. But over a week has passed and no contact has been made to me. I find this very bad service and now I will have to fight to either get a replacement or my money back. Who knows what will happen?
I hardly want to give one star.
