"Great Experience"

Had a great experience with a villa in Ibiza booked via Dynamic Lives. My friends and I had a great week in a beautiful villa with amazing sea views overlooking Benirras.

Highly recommended. Their portfolio of villas in Ibiza and Formentera is very complex and they clearly know the business inside out. Booked a villa 2 years in a row and Richard was always helpful, friendly and approachable. Hopefully I can use them again this year

"Poor quality villa and terrible customer service"

Having previously used Dynamic Lives happily twice before, our third experience was completely different and very disappointing. I had given George Burdon, the owner of the company, a clear brief of the type of villa we wanted and the third villa (Can Valis on their website but called La Fabrica in real life) did not match this brief. When we arrived and settled in, it quickly became apparent that there were a whole host of issues - safety for our children, cleanliness (which is critical given the corona pandemic) and maintenance. To make matters worse when these issues were raised with George he quickly became rude, aggressive and unhelpful and refusing to either take any responsibility or try to find us alternative, more suitable accommodation. No one wants to spend their whole holiday “snagging” a villa or pointing out areas that need to be fixed or cleaned and I have been so disappointed by this experience. I would not use Dynamic Lives ever again and would warn others against doing so - it feels to us this is a clear case of prioritising profit over customer satisfaction.
