"New wheel"

Had problems the freehub on my road bike so decided a new rear wheel could solve the problem. Velozone hads a new Shimano wheel that was just what was needed at a keen price, it was delivered within a few days of ordering and my road bike is now back in action with a smooth and quiet free hub. Great service.

"The hunt for the illusive chain ring"

My partner needed a specific make of chain ring for his bike.After contacting many many companies to try to buy this part we had no luck I even emailed a company in Belgium with no luck it was looking like this bike was never going to enjoy the open road again. We could get the bike repaired by a specialist bike repair shop for an extortionate price but My partner could repair it himself he just needed the part. Then his daughter found this wonderful company Velozone how I don't know We had been on every site. We called them and spoke to a lovely guy who's name we don't know he knew what we wanted went through all the sizes he had it in stock and we ordered it with a little bit of trepidation it arrived the day after and it was PERFECT it's been fitted is working well and my partner's bike is now back on the road. Thank you. This is a brilliant company to buy from the customer service and knowledge of products is brilliant my partner will definitely be buying from them again. Anyone reading this should do too.
