First of all Snap did not list my stove number and I guessed and ordered the wrong one. I found the right one I was pretty sure and reordered it immediately.
I then called them and ask for help which I should have done from the beginning. They didn’t list my stove and I didn’t think that calling would help, but I was wrong
They emailed me the next day and I then verified that I had ordered the right element the second round. Snap did get me a return label for the part that didn’t fit
I give 4 stars because of Snap not listing more stove numbers and better blueprint’s w/more measurements on them so a person can find a part by measurements rather than a part number or stove number. The blueprint’s I looked at for the part I needed had measurements but they weren’t clear about where the measurements started or ended ( like center to center or outside edge to outside edge) if I remember correctly the measurement on blueprint showed the measurement from inside to inside and it was actually center to center
Very confusing when prints are like that.
Snap was a good place to shop and made returning the item very easy which I very much appreciate. I would shop there again!
