They offered me £315,000, when I questioned the low offer they were unwilling to increase it, I sold it on the open market and after all costs got nearly £465,000 so I would not recommend this company.

We needed to sell our property ASAP we contacted fast sale, and we found them to be extremely helpful in every matter. They were fast on acting on e-mails,telephone calls etc but due to covid 19 it took longer than expected but as soon as people were allowed back to work they had been in contact with us within hours of been back to work!
