"Where is my logo"

I have been waiting to receive my logo for over 3 months. I paid 150 dollars and I can not get ahold of anyone. The logo itself is nice but I would never recommend going through them.

"If this company isn't a scam it should be reclassified as one"

This company may not be a complete scam but it is definitely close to it. I am being given ultimatums, threats, and being harassed to take down negative reviews. I have documented evidence via text, calls, and the design works platform they use to prove my case.

I signed up for the services over 3 months ago paying for logo, website, content creation, and social media package, paid up front and for all the money I spent all I have is a logo design and an apparent website that only has the template content that I sent them on it.

They are threatening me with my refund only when I remove my negative reviews, however much I would love my money back, I would much prefer to not have someone else fall into the trap I have (and many others - check their Facebook page).

Please, please, please stay away from this company, unless you do like mediocre work, extended deadlines, lack of communication. One extra warning never call them unprofessional they will have Google ban your website and or future websites (recorded call proof), like they have that much power?!

The refund policy is a bit iffy and something I don’t like but they put the effort in to complete my logo exactly how I wanted it and I absolutely love it, absolutely, I’ll say the price seems kinda steep but for what I needed and in the timeframe that I got it in, outstanding.

John Anderson was a very big help when it came to my website I was new to this he made sure I understood it you make sure everything I need it for my website is taken care of I have a Lotta great knowledge I am looking forward to working with him again he was a great all-around person I have great knowledge On website builder I am glad I choose this company to help me lunch my brain thanks so much and will recommend you to friends and family

They stole over 15 thousand dollars from me up sold me stole my domain website everything my server hosting everything dude just stole all my money left me with nothing besides threats. I'm suing them they ruined my life litterally.
