I’ve worked in many sectors and sincerity, kindness and efficiency = all in one; isn’t something I’ve traditional associated with recruitment agencies. I have worked with Horizon Teachers since 2021. I have found them excellent. They always have plenty of work in good schools. I often can only do part time days or weeks and they always try to accommodate my requirements whilst keeping the client schools happy too which cannot always be easy. I have had a number of team members giving me work over time and most recently Nola has been looking after me and I have found her to be professional, helpful and responsive at all times - I would definitely recommend the Horizon teachers company and Nola individually.

Horizon teachers on the whole is a great agency as they are absolutely professional and reliable. This being my first working via agency, I have had a really positive experience so far and enjoyed it. Registration process was fairly easy. No time was wasted and they found me a job quite quickly. I am very pleased that I signed up with them. As a whole, everyone at Horizon teachers is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

In terms of constructive feedback, the only suggestion I would give is for there to be Training provided by the agency to better equip role on the job and aid when it comes to working with SEN e.g. Health & Safety, Positive Behavioural Support and dealing with aggressive behaviours especially for those who work one to one and going in to it for the first time.

Not only has she put me in a fantastic role which suits me but she is so kind and helpful in every way. Whenever I call her or message her she responds to my queries promptly, is reliable and extremely professional.
