This was one of the best choices I made for myself and my lifestyle. Lisa was amazing and tailored everything to me and what I wanted from my life. The plan isn’t just about food and weight loss, she helped me to accept and love my body and we worked on being more comfortable in my own skin whilst trying to lose weight and better my health. I did the 12 week plan with Lisa and I can honestly say it was a great decision. I have medical conditions which makes it harder to lose weight which doesn’t helped my mental health around weight loss. However, with her support and factual information, I have started building a good relationship with food and learning to have a balanced weight loss journey. She thought me that I can enjoy life (dinners and nights out, cheeky takeaways and even enjoy my favourite ice cream) while still losing weight. She has even taught me that even the smallest amount lost is a massive achievement. By the end of my plan I lost 20lbs which I am ecstatic about. I would highly recommend using Lisa’s service for whatever weight loss and nutritional target you have.

It was the first plan I've done that was factually honest. No strange points or "special good and bad" foods. Just a healthy target for my weight and nutrition, and really helpful steps to get there. And something I can keep long term, highly recommend!

I used YourDietPlan to help lose some weight after falling into bad habits. Lisa created a plan for me and worked out what areas I needed to focus on. I really liked how it didn't feel like a diet. I was able to tweak the foods I enjoyed and continue to eat them and the plan changed every few weeks to ensure I kept on top of it. I lost around 10kg and dropped 2 inches off my waist!
I would recommend this to anyone who has tried other diets and wants something truly different
