A knowledge base, of immense help to practitioners solicitors. It is everything’s the Law Society failed to do for the Solicitors. Perhaps the Law Society should consider incorporating in the services to solicitors.

"Brilliant Service - not just a caselaw updater"

Thanks so much Crimeline for providing such a great service. Most people probably know how useful Crimeline is as a caselaw updater and CPD provider. What I didn't realise until I joined was that they also provide a very helpful 'Crimeline Assist' service when you can submit a query and they'll do their utmost to answer it. I had a billing query in respect of which I'd sought help from a few people - an LAA office, my contact manager etc - without receiving a response. I thought I'd try out Crimeline Assist and they provided a thoroughly clear and comprehensive answer, within minutes of me asking it, late on a Friday afternoon. Incredible service. I couldn't recommend Crimeline any higher!
