Could you check, please, my delivery was without home delivery (to my door)?

Because I was at home all the time and waiting for my parcel. I spent around 40 minutes in line at the PenguinPickUp office (1401 Lawrence Ave W, North York, ON M6L 1A4). It was very boring and I don`t understand why my parcel didn't deliver to my place... I hate spending time in line and prefer to pay for home delivery.
