Script driven customer service agents, don’t think for themselves or take into account individual circumstances.
My partner had a legitimate request only to be met with a “computer says no” response, awareness of FCA regulations and current Codes of Conduct by advisors is tragic.
I’m sure the company does what it says on the tin but after that is little to no use from a real world perspective.
Summary - stick with a reputable lender.
