Paul has been looking after our family and our appliances now for 20 +years. As ever he is honest, reliable and a real gent. He has helped out many people I know in the past who were in crisis and never taken advantage but done quite the opposite and put them before himself. "Beyond the expected level of service"

I wanted to thank Paul for helping me through the problem with my Bosch dishwasher. Over the phone he was able to guide me through a very easy repair, one that I was certainly not aware of, neither it would appear are other professionals in his business! Paul offered the advice free of charge and was even prepared to follow up to see that the repair was complete. I don't know how many other businesses would have taken the same approach but it is heart warming to see that there is at least one!

Whilst here I had another problem which I asked for advice/ repair and Paul sorted that out for me at the same time with no charge. Excellent and professional service. He is highly knowledgeable about various appliances (Miele, Liebherr) while being highly professional and efficient, particularly in a crisis. He has also very honestly told me when it is time to repair or buy a new appliance. I know I can absolutely trust him to take care of appliances while I am away and my house is rented. I honestly could not recommend him highly enough.
