Purely Pots provided fantastic service, going above and beyond in their communication and managing to fulfil my order at a very busy time of year, despite challenges with stock and delivery. I ordered an air growing plant on a LED ring light and was very pleased with it when it arrived! I cannot fault their efforts. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Such a wonderful range of plants that you are really spoiled for choice. Lisa and the team go out of their way to make your experience the very best it can be. From storing your plants while you are shopping, to making sure its packed for least damage on the way home, and great advice on how to care for it. Purely Pots is always my first port of call on a Chester visit and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Not happy, store lovely, but my plant was wrapped separately to other purchases and left without everything packed in my bag. Contacted on email to see if refund for the plant, not had any response at all. Very disappointed.

Great plant store tucked away in the new Chester food hall/court. Great selection of really reasonably priced quality plants. I bought a small maranta fascinator (prayer plant) and an oxalis triangularis - both are thriving so really happy. Recommended.

"Childrens Kokedama Workshop"

My daughter attended the kokedama workshop, the staff were wonderful and the plant was surprisingly large and in beautiful condition. As a bonus they also made an extra succulent garden as the kids were having a really good time. All the plants are lovely quality and the whole experience was great!
