"Great service and product"

I purchased a Microsoft surface laptop for £195 at grade b condition and it came with one light scuff on the corner of the casing, but the screen is free from marks and the laptop is running very well. I would definitely recommend using this company as they are extremely reliable and helpful when it comes to tracking your order.

"Smooth purchase but comms need work"

Order went in smoothly on a Wednesday evening but communications were a little slow. Just over a day later (Friday) I got an email stating that there was delay in shipping my order and I would be updated on Monday. Last thing on Monday I was emailed to let me know my purchase would be delivered on Tuesday.

In fairness the delivery process was smooth, the delivery driver called to confirm I was in, brought my purchase in and left me to it.

Setting up my new purchase was a breeze and its in fantastic condition. So I'm very happy.

Only removed 1 star for the slow comms but overall, I'm very happy!

Grade A Technology provided excellent pre-purchase information via online expert chat. Stated minimum battery condition for the iPhone 12 Mini grade A would be 90%. Ordered the phone late Thursday which arrived Tuesday morning in excellent condition with a battery condition of 98%, no marks on the screen, top, bottom or sides and only a few (3) minuscule hairline scratches on the back which could barely be seen in a reflection and not visible at all from 30cm. Came with a screen protector, applicator, clear case, charging plug and cable. Very impressed, virtually new phone for a very competitive price and excellent pre and post purchase support, thoroughly recommended.
