The logs were delivered on time which meant minimum disruption sorting our cars out to allow access. And the log bag was put, as requested, in exactly the correct location outside the house, which meant I could carry them the minimum distance to my log store.

"Very good company to deal with"

I’ve bought from logs direct for years - both logs and pellets. Recently I had a crate delivered in which many logs were too big to burn properly in my stove. Logs direct exchanged the crate, no questions asked.
They always deliver promptly and their driver couldn’t be more helpful.
