"Appalling Customer Service "

Most appalling, disorganised customer service I have ever experienced.

Order was worth over 2.5K. Was in stock when ordered. Was waiting for the order for over a month and half!

Phoned up multiple times only to get through to someone a handful of times, I asked for updates, and wasn't given any information. I then asked if there was someone else I could speak to and was told no. When I asked for things to be sent in an email for confirmation I was also told no.

The product did arrive eventually however I lost customers due to the wait. When this was raised with the customer service it was clear they couldn't care less.

I would advise anyone expecting things to go smoothly and quickly to avoid this company at all cost and use a different supplier.
