A true world class service from completing a simple online form, eligibility calls, pre inspection, full survey, installation, to final sign of inspection. Excellent communications throughout. Regular updates and confirmations sent. Office staff where great guided me through the whole journey. Surveyors arrived when they said they would very friendly and reassuring. INSTALLERS what can I say - a great team, again arrived when they said (well came a day early but did call to ask LoL) worked non stop wouldn’t take a brew or bacon roll because it meant they would have to stop, literally non stop (I think when they get back in the van they plug in and recharge, honestly they give more than the Duracell Bunny ever could) as for their work OUSTANDING fast, engaging, respectful, tidy. Great bunch of guys all doing their bit in perfect harmony. On the day they arrived by the time I had done the meet and greet with one of the lads, the other guys had carpets tapped lifted and old system draining (didn’t have time to get me self a cuppa before the power went off LoL I did fill the kettle though)
I hope every one has the same expierence I trust all the Installers work to the same high standards and quality but if you get the team I had then happy days.

The work carried out was excellent only issue I had was I am a 65 year old disabled woman with health issues. The work took from 8am - 4pm I was without heat electricity and water for that period I also only have a down stairs toilet and couldn’t come downstairs because the floorboards were lifted. Not ideal for a disabled person

"Installation of full heating system"

Warmworks installed a new heating system consisting of a new combi boiler and 5 radiators. Everything they would need was delivered the day before. We had to move as much furniture as possible for easy access to be able to work safely. Workers were polite ,quick and clean as well as knowledgeable and patient explaining how the new system works. Reassurance given if we had any problems or questions to get in contact . Inspection was undertaken the following week . Everything was as it should be apart from where thermostat was placed. A few days later it was moved .

The work appeared to be carried out competently, in a very short time scale. Everyone came when they were supposed to, carpet fitter, heating engineers, Dalex and Warm Works inspectors.
I am very happy with the new system.
