I bought a 1m x 1m 3mm thick checkerplate and asked for it to be cut to 1m x 800mm and have the offcut included. It took 7 days for it to arrive and the offcut was not included, Not pleased as I needed the offcut

They have the best price and best sellection by far. But what amazed me was the speed! 30 sheets of steel plate, all different sizes and half of them needed to be cut to size (for free). They got my order on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday! It's a pity there isn't more than 5 stars to give them x
