I made my order & received confirmation email & have heard nothing since regarding delivery & have emailed on several occasions with no response & cannot get through on telephone so how do I get any information about my order the money has been taken & now nothing can someone help!

"Good furniture but communcation needs work"
From placing the order and receiving the acknowledgment email, there was no further contact for over a week. I had emailed and tried their listed phone number but had no success or reply. This cause me to be concerned that I had paid my money to a bogus company. After 10 days, I received a call from them explaining that they were having courir problems and were having to re-route the delivery via another courir. Two days later the furniture was delivered in good condition and exactly as described. So Rubix, please improve your customer contact with regular update information by any method and stop the customer becoming concerned about their order with you. Kind Regards.

Great customer support! Had an issue with a delivery and they resolved it and sent the missing parts quickly and cabinet looks good.
