"I haven't received an email response"

I haven't received an email response. I got married early September. Sent the photo September 22nd. Didn't get a response. Sent a follow up on December 8th. Now it's the 16th. I keep getting the automated response of getting a response in the next 2 days but haven't gotten a response yet. I'm not sure if it when I'll ever get my A2 Wedding Day Poster Image.

The quality of the newspapers was alright. It was cute but they were delayed a bit but it arrived on time. If you do ask to put photos on the newspaper, the quality will be less. We put a bunch of our professional Engagement photos, don't by our wedding photographer on the newspaper and it worked but just note they won't show up as well.

I really dont write negative reviews at all, but after ordering from craft labels website over two weeks ago ive received no goods or response to multiple emails asking when i can expect my order. Maybe they're just no longer in business, I really don't know. I do know that the payment for my order was taken though. Still waiting

Great products and a really quick free delivery. An item actually arrived damaged (these things happen sometimes) and the customer service got back to me almost strait away to resolve the issue. Will be ordering again soon!
