Placed an order for a pair of 11 degrees swim shorts in size LARGE only to receive a pair in size EXTRA LARGE. Very frustrating, do item sizing labels not get checked before being packed? Lazy customer service, I will not be placing any further orders.

Very disappointed.. ordered a FP shirt for £14.98 in the sale. I received an email informing me that “due to a fault” the order had been cancelled and I would be refunded.
I checked the website the next day and the shirt was still in the sale but now at £59.99.
If you make a mistake be honest and stand by your mistake.
