I was managed by a staffer called Salman who explained all in clear details to me. However as am not I.T. Savvy. I gave my Niece in 🇬🇧’s DoB incorrectly. Kristin Louise Harvey’s DOB is 16/02/1971. I rang back to your Company & gave Policy Number & asked to speak to Salman as soon as I received your notification. (Which was in Spam as Salman recommended to look there).
Had an unpleasant reception from “Scott” ? & decided to terminate the conversation as he was passively aggressive & awaited til this feedback review arrived.
I never give 100% on feedback as No one is perfect.
But would thank Salman for his kindness & humour when dealing with him. Would recommend your organisation to friends.
