It sounds a bit over the top to say Her Spirit have changed my life but it’s true. I’ve been a member for a few years now and Holly and Mel have encouraged me to try some new challenges and I’ve ended up doing things I never thought a perimenopausal chubby unfit woman like me could do. It’s been such a boost for my mental and physical health. There are some brilliant live sessions you can access via the app, and all of these can be done on demand. The yoga Pilates and strength sessions in particular are great and the coaches are very supportive and knowledgeable.

Her Spirit is a brilliant! Her Spirit has provided me with inspiration, motivation, information, support and challenges to help me get fitter and healthier. I run and the help from top class coaches is invaluable plus I do the strength classes and yoga! I also get advice on nutrition and training plans. I've signed up for challenges such as 5K runs and walking everyday and you feel part of a community.

I first found HerSpirit about 18months ago. I wanted to feel healthier in both mind and body and didn’t know where to start. I haven’t looked back.
The coaching is brilliant. For most classes you don’t need any additional equipment. It’s got my running, cycling, learning to swim properly as well as doing regular yoga and strength training. I can do them live or on playback to fit around work/life/kids.
The expertise is complemented by the most wonderfully supportive community of women supporting women. All ages and all abilities are welcomed with open arms.
I can’t recommend it more highly or thank them enough!

Her Spirit is brilliant and really helping me get fit and healthy again, I love that the community are so encouraging and supportive to women at all levels of fitness and ability. Joining challenges helps massively with motivation and there is a fantastic choice of live and playback classes with professional and friendly coaches across so many sports and activities it has inspired me to try new things and set new goals for myself. Her Spirit makes you feel like anything is possible, if you are considering downloading the app and joining the community I would definitely recommend it!

"Great community"
I've been a member of Her Spirit since day 1, but I've only really properly engaged in the last 6 months or so, since I've got a bit more serious about my own fitness. I have only great things to say. Firstly, it's such a supportive community, and also inspiring. Everyone celebrates each other's wins, be they big or small, and it's hard not to be motivated by the achievements of others. Next is the extensive range of live and pre-recorded sessions, from strength to yoga, running and cycling, plus nutrition and mental wellbeing focuses.
I also love that Her Spirit supports women from underprivileged communities and each time you 'level up' you get the chance to gift another woman with a subscription.
You should join. You won't regret it 👍
