Great 3d printers(I have three of them) and the support is outstanding.
I actually think this is the best costumer support I have ever been involved in. Including when I was working as costumer support(for a completely different company).
And the filament is my favorite of all I have tested. The price makes you think it will be OK but not great, but it is really great.
This company will do anything they can do tok make you satisfied.
One of my printers broke after 20-30h and they fixed it in a great way.

Exemplary service! If this company will continue developing them self they have a big future. I had my m1060 for three years and was really happy with them, but after three years on one of the wood cups got crack around 2.5mm jack. I contacted customer service about that and they were happy to provide me a new ones but unfortunately my product was no longer on sale and completely out stock, they have offered me a full refund instead. Got my refund instantly once they have received the headphones back. Really sad that my model was out of stock, but i still manage to buy it again but from another reseller. So monoprice.eu is highly recommended as super reliable store and brand overall!

Site au top, SAV compétent, dommage qu'il y ait cette rumeur comme quoi ils quittent l'Europe... leur matos Hifi (caissons) étaient vraiment au top du top.
Petit ange partit trop tôt, j'espère que la garantie constructeur sera respectée (je pense que c'est une obligation légale).

"120HZ 1440P monitor"
I ordered theirs 120hz 2k monitor. Good quality monitor and I enjoy it very much. After a week I discovered some dead pixels. Contacted support and they send me a replacement with no problems.

"If only things in life were as perfect as their customer service"
Today (01-09-22) I had a problem with my headphones. One of the pin of the cable was broken in the headphones.
- I sent a mail thinking : "Ok, I will have to check very carefully everyday"... I can't think of a day without my headphones...
- I made myself some coffee right after sending the mail. Came back on my computer and I had already a response. I sent a picture of the headphones with the broken pin and minutes after that I already had a label to return my headphones. And they automatically sent a headphones.
It is so rare to see such "perfect" service like that... I really recommend buying on monoprice, you won't have to be affraid of anything. They will have your back.

Ordered two products from Monoprice Europe and I was simply amazed by the service. Free shipping for whole EU and on top of that the order arrived in a matter of 4 days, which is incredible giving the current epidemic situation. Also, the prices are really good :)

Nothing is in stock, they don't know when or if they will get it. Offer of items is nowhere near the US website.
I contacted support to ask about offer of headphone amplifiers, never received reply.
Update: they replied indeed, I posted this review before their reply came so customer service is actually pretty good.
Still...I am amazed it would take months to bring products to EU, since some of those same products have already been listed on monoprice.eu previously or are actively being sold in other EU stores.
